ABOUT

The short version: we turned Claude's spinner into a game. Here's why.

WHAT IS THIS THING?

Claudemon is a side-project. A fun experiment to make daily Claude Code sessions a little more entertaining. You code, Claude thinks, and while it thinks it spits out random words in its spinner. We catch those words and turn them into collectible creatures.

This is not a startup. Not a SaaS with a pricing page and a sales team. Just a dumb idea that made us laugh, so we built it.

If you enjoy catching weird words while fixing bugs at 2am, welcome. If not, no hard feelings.

FAIR PLAY

We do our best on the backend to prevent cheating. Rate limiting, server-side validation, session tracking — the usual stuff. We don't pretend it's bulletproof, but we try.

If you find a flaw, please tell us instead of exploiting it. Open an issue, send a message, whatever works. We'd rather fix it than ban you.

The leaderboard is more fun when everyone plays fair. Be cool.

OPEN SOURCE

The catcher (the CLI wrapper) is fully open source. Because nobody wants to install an obscure wrapper on their favorite CLI without being able to read the code first.

Read it. Fork it. Do whatever you want with it. If you want to build something funny with Claude's spinner words, go for it. We'd love to see what you come up with.

CONTACT

If you like the project, have ideas, found a bug, or just want to say hi — open an issue on GitHub. That's the best way to reach us.

We're curious to see if this takes off. Or if it stays a fun thing between a handful of nerds. Either way, we're having a good time.

Stars are free. Issues are welcome.
