Claudemon is a non-commercial side project created and maintained by members of ZWYK Studio. It is not an official product or service of ZWYK Studio — just a passion project built on our free time.

The platform is hosted on infrastructure provided by third-party cloud services. Servers are located in France.

The Claudemon name, logo, and platform design are original creations. The CLI wrapper (catcher) is released under an open-source license — see the GitHub repository for details.

Claudemon is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform running, but we make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or data persistence.

Use the CLI wrapper at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues arising from the use of this software.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
